Doozer Software has been providing companies across the Southeast with custom software solutions and IT staffing services since 1997.  We are currently seeking an Account Executive that will work out of our corporate office located off Riverchase Parkway in Hoover, Alabama.  The Account Executive should be a high energy individual that can develop business with companies across the region.  The Account Executive must have the ability to grasp IT concepts and execute strategic sales initiatives. At Doozer Software you will be able to provide your customers with a wide portfolio of technology solutions to meet their technology initiatives and IT hiring needs.   These solutions include custom software development, database solutions, and IT staffing services.  A previous background in IT is not required, but successful experience in business to business sales is required.  Doozer Software will provide the necessary training to those without IT experience to be successful in this role.


  • Generate and increase revenues through closing business with new customers across the region.  The key to this is building positive relationships with customers that allow Doozer Software to provide real value to those organizations through our services.  
  • Generate leads through research, networking, prospecting.
  • Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of leading industry trends such as technology initiatives
  • Utilize solution based selling methods to ascertain client needs and craft relevant solutions encompassing, custom software and/or IT staffing services.
  • Solution sell across all departments in an organization that align with our core competencies.
  • Manage Doozer Software´s overall client relationship and increase customer satisfaction.

Experience Required:

  • High energy and sense of urgency to deliver solutions to customers
  • Ability to communicate effectively to customer decision makers from            management level to C-level.
  • Ability to be a trusted advisor to customers and help provide best solutions to meet their needs.
  • Great listening skills
