Doozer Software’s IT staffing division is currently assisting one of our clients in Homewood in a search for a Reporting & Analytics  Analyst.  The Analyst will be focused on managing and improving the analytics that are used by the organization to driver their operations and growth.  The position comes with a competitive salary and full suite of benefits.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a great organization that is growing across the U.S. 

Responsibilities:

• Use Power BI, SQL, and Excel to create and leverage dynamic and innovative new analytics
• Help various corporate departments identify and track KPIs for key strategic initiatives
• Work closely with executive leadership to use increasingly complex data as a strategic tool
• Work with our rapidly expanding footprint to identify location-specific opportunities through detailed analysis
• Create, maintain, and continually improve weekly and monthly reporting to our Board of Directors, investors, and executive leadership and internal teammates
• Empower teammates to leverage reporting and analytics for self-service problem solving

REQUIREMENTS:

• Passion to contribute to data analytics
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Intermediate or advanced Microsoft SQL skills
• Self-starting, energetic, and results oriented team player

Preferred:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Experience creating and producing reports for executive management
• Demonstrated knowledge and skill related to Power BI, Tableau, and related data tools
• College degree
