Doozer Software has been providing custom software solutions, database/BI consulting, and IT staffing services to companies across the Southeast for the past 23 years. Our IT staffing division is currently assisting one of our customers in a search for a Technical Support Manager that will lead a team of several desktop support engineers that provide software/desktop support across the organization. This position is responsible for leading the support team and assisting the IT organization in the analysis, design, installation, management, and support of all desktop / end user devices, including PC’s, laptops, tablets, and printers.
- At least 3+ years experience in a leadership role
- 5+ years experience working within an IT environment focused on equipment, devices, and the network environment.
